Eligible professions include: makeup artists, beauticians, theatrical makeup artists, hairdressers, cosmeticians, and cosmetologists.

Your proof must clearly show your name and professional title. One of the following proofs is required.

• Certificate/Diploma/Proof of completed training (at least 90 hours)
• Business license/professional license
• Agency composite card (sedcard)
• URL of your professional website
• Proof of representation by an association/agency
• Proof of employment/contract

Eligible students are those attending schools training in the following fields: makeup artistry, beauty care, theatrical makeup, hairdressing, cosmetology, and beauty therapy.

Your proof must clearly show your name and course of study. One of the following proofs is required.

• School enrollment confirmation on official letterhead
• Student ID from the training institution
• Admission letter from an accredited school (no older than 12 months)
• Proof of payment for course/training
